Z series

  • Z series gear measuring center is the latest generation of gear measuring centers based on Zeada’s experience in the gear measuring business for many years. With 4-axis (X, Y, Z, C) measuring principle, a natural marble base, an integrated layout, a 3D digital scanning probe, a stylus management system based on magnetic adapters, directly driven (DDR, DDL) measuring axes, hierarchical CNC control techniques based on 3U-format closed-loop controllers and powerful, robust measuring software based on Windows 7, Z series has reached the advanced world level. The instrument can automatically and precisely measure profile deviations, helix deviations, pitch deviations, cumulative pitch deviations, runout and other items of involute cylindrical gears (gear clusters, internal gears etc.), gear cutters (hobs, shaping cutters, shaving cutters etc.), worms, worm wheels, spiral (straight) bevel gears etc. Furthermore, it supports 3D measuring extensions such as measuring key components of RV and harmonic reducers, spiral rotors and scan tooth contours. Z series gear measuring center has successfully entered the high-end sector of international gear measuring instruments.

ZD series

    1. ZD series gear measuring center is a novel series improved from the original JD series by Harbin Zeada, approaching the advanced world level. It adopts 4-axis (X, Y, Z, C) measuring principle, a natural marble base, an integrated layout, a quasi-3D digital scanning probe, a stylus management system based on magnetic adapters, (all-axis) full closed-loop control technologies, hierarchical CNC control techniques, high precision optical encoders, DDR and servo motors, precision roller guides, ball screw transmissions, computerized data acquisition and processing technologies etc. The instrument can automatically and precisely measure profile deviations, helix deviations, pitch deviations, cumulative pitch deviations, runout and other items of involute cylindrical gears (gear clusters, internal gears etc.), gear cutters (hobs, shaping cutters, shaving cutters etc.), worms, worm wheels, spiral (straight) bevel gears etc. Furthermore, it supports extensions such as measuring camshafts, cylindrical workpiece’s index and scan tooth contours. ZE series

  • ZE series gear measuring center is an economical gear measuring center series developed and optimized by Harbin Zeada based on the mature ZD series. With 4-axis (X, Y, Z, C) measuring principle, a natural marble base, an integrated layout, a 2D (X/Z) digital probe (without rotation), a stylus management system based on magnetic adapters, precise calibrations based on a calibration ball, hierarchical CNC control techniques, true all-axis closed-loop control technologies (at present, most national gear measuring centers utilize only single-axis closed-loop drives, but not all-axis full closed-loop controllers), computerized data acquisition and processing technologies etc., the instrument provides precise measurements, stable indications and easy operations. With only one clamping, it automatically completes all measurements of a workpiece and offers evaluations according to multiple international evaluation standards. It can measure profile deviations, helix deviations, pitch deviations, cumulative pitch deviations, runout and other items of involute cylindrical gears (gear clusters, internal gears etc.), and supports extensions such as measuring gear cutters (hobs, shaping cutters, shaving cutters etc.), worms, worm wheels, spiral (straight) bevel gears, cylinder equipartition degree etc. ZE series gear measuring center complies with the development direction of gear measuring instruments and offers great cost-efficiency at the same time.
